We sell bags and related accessories in the materials, specifications, colours, dimensions and features stated on the applicable product pages.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Orders
Submitting an order does not prevent us from reviewing the order before fulfilment.

We do not store your complete card or UPI credentials.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000. No additional COD shipping fee is charged.
COD availability may depend on product, order value and delivery eligibility.
Gift Cards are prepaid-only.
Shipping
Shipping charges, delivery estimates, serviceability and other shipping conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy and the options displayed at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, including its eligibility, verification, approval and inspection requirements.
Submitting a return or exchange request does not automatically mean the request has been approved.
Customers should not return products until they have received approval and instructions from SHANKH.
