Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders across India.
  • A ₹49 convenience fee is charged at checkout for all COD orders.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.

Payment Security

  • All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
  • Shankh does not store your card or payment details.

Order Confirmation

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment.
  • If your payment fails but the amount was deducted, it will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank.
